What will I be doing?
Preparation and painting of carbon and metallic components including water break testing, masking and de-masking, bonding, ident and mixing sealants to the relevant customer and process requirements ensuring full traceability of paint & quality operations by ensuring accurate completion of job cards & environmental control through every part of the paint process.

- Using 5S as the foundation for Operational Excellence;

- utilising all control measures associated with aerospace coatings.

- Customer / client feedback

- Safety Audits

- TPM adherence and PPE monitoring.

- Providing excellent quality products and superior service to your stakeholders.

- Developing a common culture of quality basics throughout the company and ensure that observation of quality basics is consistent throughout every level of the organisation.

- Ensure ownership of quality controls associated with special processes.

- Close out of any A & B actions

- Identify areas and propose solutions, wherever possible, to reduce costs and improve quality.

- Controlling consumable spend within the paint shop area.

- Measurable efficiencies and costs savings.

- Consumable usage reports.

- Deliver all tasks required by your stakeholders to a high standard on time and in full.

- Expediting line-side shortages in line with the needs of the customer.
