Our client, a leading Accident Repair Centre in Ilkeston, is seeking an experienced Paint Sprayer for a twilight shift role. This is a fantastic opportunity for a skilled technician to join a modern, high-volume workshop. The role offers excellent earning potential through an uncapped bonus scheme and steady workflow, ensuring long-term career progression.
Location: Ilkeston, Derbyshire
Salary: £45,800 basic | £50,000+ OTE (uncapped bonus)
Hours: Monday – Friday, 12:00pm – 9:00pm (40 hours per week)

Ongoing training and clear career development opportunitiesDuties of a Paint Sprayer:
Prepare vehicles for painting and refinishing, ensuring quality standards are maintained
Mix and apply paint using advanced refinishing techniques
Conduct colour matching and blending to manufacturer specifications
Complete repairs efficiently, maintaining high-quality standards
Perform final quality inspections prior to vehicle handover
Maintain a clean, safe, and organised workshop environment
Work collaboratively with the Panel and MET teams to ensure efficient repairsRequirements of a Paint Sprayer:
Previous experience as a Vehicle Paint Technician or Paint Sprayer is essential
Qualified to NVQ, IMI, ATA, or an equivalent qualification (preferred)
Strong colour matching and refinishing skills
Ability to operate efficiently in a high-volume environment
High attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
