A well-established manufacturing company in Mildenhall, Suffolk is seeking a Paint Shop Operative to join their team. Powder coating experience is a plus but not required. This hands-on role offers stability, skill development, and a supportive working environment.
With a starting pay of £13.00+ p/hour, you'll have the opportunity to develop your skills while contributing to high-quality finishing projects and growing within a friendly, professional team.
Paint Shop Operative Duties:
Preparing metal components for painting and coating
Applying finishes using powder coating and wet paint methods
Operating and maintaining spray equipment
Ensuring high-quality standards and consistency in finishes
Working efficiently to meet production targets
Pay, Hours & Benefits:
Monday to Friday, 06:00 - 14:00
£13.00- £14.00+ p/hour
