Paint Preparation Operatives - Finish Strong, Start Fresh!
⏰ Shift: Monday-Thursday, 2:00pm-10:00pm
???? Location: Raynesway, Derby (moving to Ilkeston in the coming weeks)
???? Pay Rate: £12.75 per hour (£13.00 per hour for candidates with relevant experience)
Looking for a role that gives you a three-day weekend every week? We're currently recruiting Paint Preparation Operatives to join a well-established manufacturing business during an exciting period of growth and expansion.
This is a fantastic opportunity to become part of a company investing in its future, with operations soon relocating to a new facility in Ilkeston. If you have experience using sanders, abrasive tools, sandpaper, or you've worked in a manufacturing, engineering, automotive, or workshop environment, we'd love to hear from you.

Preparing products and components ready for painting ????
Sanding and finishing surfaces to the required standard
Using abrasive tools safely and effectively ????
Carrying out visual quality inspections to ensure high standards ✅
Maintaining a clean, organised and safe working environment
Supporting production activities while maintaining excellent attention to detail ???????? What We're Looking For:
Experience using sanders, abrasive tools, sandpaper, or similar equipment
Previous manufacturing, engineering, automotive, workshop, or production experience would be beneficial ????
Excellent attention to detail and quality-focused approach ????
A hands-on attitude and willingness to get stuck in ????
Reliable, hard-working, and able to work independently or as part of a team ????
