BRIGHTON - HYBRID WORKING
CIRCA £35,000 PLUS EXCELLENT BENEFITS
We are currently recruiting for a fantastic company based in Brighton who due to business growth and looking at adding a Paid Search Specialist to a very successful Marketing team. The role is a really exciting opportunity for a data driven paid search specialist to work with the travel industry.
The suitable candidate will be the Paid Media Expert and will be responsible for managing all paid channels, including Google Ads, Bing Ads, Facebook Ads and Instagram Ads. The role requires a keen understanding of digital marketing strategies and strong analytical skills.
Develop and execute paid search campaigns across multiple platforms, including Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, Facebook and Instagram
Conduct keyword research and analysis to optimise campaign performance and drive qualified traffic to the website
Create compelling Ad Copy and visuals that resonate with a target audience and align with brand identity
Monitor campaign performance, analyse data, and identify opportunities for optimisation and improvement
Implement A/B testing and other experimentation methods to refine ad creative, targeting and bidding strategies
Collaborate with the marketing team to develop integrated marketing campaigns and align paid efforts with broader marketing activities
Stay current with industry trends, best practices, and platfrom updates
Provide regular reporting and insights
Manage budgets effectivelyThe role would suit someone who is a Paid Media Expert and has strong analytical skills. Proven experience managing paid serach campaigns across Google, Meta and Microsoft. Excellent communication skills with the ability to craft compelling ad copy. Someone from a travel or luxury goods sector would be great but not limited to.
