Paid Media Manager
Location: Aylesbury
Our client is currently seeking a Paid Media Manager to join their team on a permanent basis. The Paid Media Manager will be required to take full ownership of the paid media function, driving strategy, media planning, and hands-on campaign management across multiple client accounts.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop paid media strategies aligned to client objectives and revenue targets.
* Build structured media plans across platforms and funnel stages.
* Identify opportunities for growth, scaling, and efficiency.
* Set up, manage, and optimise campaigns across search and social platforms.
* Continuously monitor performance and optimise towards ROAS and revenue.
* Manage budgets effectively across channels and campaigns.
* Analyse performance data and provide clear, commercially focused insights.
* Ensure campaigns are driving revenue, not just leads or traffic.
* Identify and implement testing strategies to improve results over time.
Key Skills and Experience:
* Proven experience managing paid media campaigns.
* Strong hands-on experience across Google Ads and Meta Ads.
* Experience with LinkedIn Ads and Microsoft/Bing Ads.
* Strong understanding of tracking, attribution, and conversion measurement.
* Experience analysing data and translating it into clear actions.
