Paid Media Manager required by a small, local firm who are bringing their Paid Media campaigns in-house, and require a dynamic individual to take ownership of this process.

The Paid Media Manager will be an autonomous individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment.

Previous experience might include:

* Experience creating and executing PPC campaigns

* Google Ads and Microsoft Ads (Bing)

* Analytical skills, using data for insights to drive future campaigns

* Adept at maximising ROI and conversion

* Keyword research, advert copywriting, A/B testing

* Owning Paid Social initiatives

* Working closely with the Development team, the Head of Digital, the MD, and various other internal stakeholders.

This Paid Media Manager role offers the chance to join a friendly local company with a possibility of a hybrid working arrangement.

Initially this Paid Media Manager role will require working a minimum 3 days a week in-office, but over time this requirement could be relaxed once you are up to speed with the company products and ways of working.

The role offers a base salary of £30k to £45k.
