Job Description:

Our rapidly growing, creative client is seeking a full-time, permanent Paid Media Executive join their passionate, insight driven team. The successful candidate will lead regional paid media performance, operational tasks, optimisations and budget management across a range of paid channels including platforms such as Google, Bing, LinkedIn, Facebook and programmatic.

Key Responsibilities:

* Develop campaign briefs, collaborate with the team for seamless implementation, and analyse the outcomes.

* Interpret and effectively communicate reports, results, and significant findings to internal teams.

* Continuously optimise campaigns to meet predetermined revenue and ROI targets.

* Manage daily paid campaign budget to ensure optimal campaign performance.

* Possess a strong understanding of Paid Media challenges.

* Utilise data-driven insights to continuously refine and enhance campaign performance on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis.

* Execute exceptional Paid Search and Paid Social campaigns across various platforms including Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, Meta Ads, and LinkedIn Ads.

* Excellent communicator –able to give clarity and provide detail on insights
