Paediatric Complex Care Nurse Case Manager
Up to £45,000 + Mileage | North East London | Monday-Friday | Days Only | Full Time | Permanent

Are you an experienced Children's Nurse looking for a role that offers greater autonomy, variety and the opportunity to make a genuine difference to children and families?

Whether you're already working within community paediatrics, complex care or case management, or you're a senior hospital-based nurse looking to move into a more independent, relationship-focused role, this could be the perfect next step.

I'm recruiting on behalf of a highly respected, established and financially stable complex care provider for a Paediatric Complex Care Nurse Case Manager to join their specialist clinical team.

This is a rewarding community-based role where you'll manage your own caseload of children with complex healthcare needs, providing clinical leadership and ensuring outstanding, person-centred care is delivered to children and their families across North East London.

The role covers predominantly the N, E and EN postcode areas, therefore applicants should ideally be based within or close to these locations.

As a Paediatric Complex Care Nurse Case Manager, you'll provide clinical oversight and leadership across a caseload of children receiving care within their own homes.

Key responsibilities include:

Managing and reviewing complex community care packages
Completing comprehensive clinical assessments and regular care reviews
Developing and reviewing care plans, risk assessments and clinical documentation
Providing clinical supervision, support and guidance to care teams
Undertaking competency assessments and clinical sign-off for care staff
Supporting the mobilisation of new care packages
Delivering staff inductions, training and ongoing clinical supportWhat We're Looking For
Registered Children's Nurse (RSCN) with an active NMC PIN
Strong experience caring for children with complex healthcare needs
Excellent clinical skills in areas such as tracheostomy care, long-term ventilation, enteral feeding, PEG care, seizure management and complex respiratory care
Experience within community nursing, complex care, hospital paediatrics, case management or a senior clinical leadership role
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
Organised, proactive and comfortable working autonomously
Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicleWhy Apply?
