As a Paediatric Nurse, you'll be accountable for:
Acting as a clinical advisor and role model in paediatrics.
Managing the department efficiently and escalating concerns as needed.
Promoting continuous improvement in patient care through evidence-based practices.
Guide paediatric care across various hospital departments, including OPD, UCC, Imaging, and Day Surgery.
Ensuring accurate and timely documentation in line with hospital guidelines.
Participating in staff development, training, and appraisals.
Providing consistent, professional information to children and their families.
