HRGO Recruitment are seeking reliable Packing and Process Operatives. For a leading food production site in Bishop's Stortford

To work Days Fixed on 4 on /4 off basis over week including weekends .

Working within a modern dynamic factory team responsible for packaging high-quality food products.

Your daily tasks will include:

Handling ingredients and materials ( some lifting manual handling )
Operating production and packing machinery safely
Maintaining safety and quality standards
Managing clean, efficient shift handovers
Communication of line production, reporting improvement within the process Food production experience is a huge plus ( training will be given ) , but a great attitude is essential
