ROLE: Production Packer
LOCATION: Wellingborough
HOURS OF WORK: 2PM - 10PM
BASIC SALARY: £13.86 - £20.79 per hour

Our client is looking for reliable Production Packers to join their team in Wellingborough on a temporary-to-permanent basis. The role involves packing finished products efficiently while ensuring all quality and safety standards are met. This is an excellent opportunity to work for a long-established manufacturing company that has been producing high-quality automotive refinishing products for more than 70 years.
In this Production Packer role, you will:
Pack finished products ready for dispatch
Build and prepare packaging materials for production
Refill production lines with the required components
Operate packing and filling machinery following full training
Complete production records accurately and monitor output
Keep the work area clean, organised, and safe at all times
To be successful as a Production Packer, you will need:
Good manual dexterity and the ability to work efficiently
A strong eye for detail and commitment to quality
A positive attitude and willingness to undertake long-term work
Good communication skills
