As a Packing Operations Manager, your responsibilities will include:
Leading, mentoring, and developing packing teams to deliver against key targets
Driving operational performance across safety, quality, and productivity metrics
Embedding a culture of continuous improvement and efficiency optimisation
Ensuring On Time In Full delivery and adherence to strict quality standards
Overseeing packing equipment performance, maintenance, and improvement
Maintaining high standards of health & safety and site compliance
As a Packing Operations Manager, your experience will include:
Proven experience in a leadership role within Manufacturing or Production Operations
Strong understanding of performance metrics such as OTIF, quality, and efficiency
Experience implementing Lean or continuous improvement methodologies
A hands-on leadership style with the ability to drive accountability
Strong communication skills and the ability to influence at all levels
Commercial awareness and understanding of operational cost control
