Description:

CareerMakers Recruitment is currently looking for a Packers for one of our clients based in Leeds, LS12.

Responsibilities:

· Check and inspect completed pouches to ensure they meet the required quality standards and job specifications.

· Identify and report defects, inconsistencies or production issues promptly to the Lead Operative.

· Support machine setting and preparation before and during production runs.

· Assist with approved machine adjustments and alterations while the line is running, under the direction of the Lead Operative.

· Support product and tooling changeovers to help minimise downtime and maintain an efficient workflow.

· Rack, stack and pack finished products safely, accurately and in accordance with instructions.

· Provide practical support to the Lead Operative with production changes and day-to-day line requirements.

· Maintain a clean, organised and safe working area, following site procedures and health and safety requirements.

· Complete relevant production or quality checks accurately when required.

· Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve production, quality and service targets.

Monday - Friday, 7am - 4pm
Pay rate : £12.71 / H
