Packer / FLT Counterbalance Driver - Pack, Move, Deliver!
⏰ Shift: Monday-Friday, 6:00am-2:00pm

???? Pay Rate: £13.50 per hour
Are you an experienced Packer with an FLT Counterbalance licence? We're currently recruiting for a reliable and hard-working individual to join a busy manufacturing and distribution operation in Ilkeston.
This is an excellent opportunity to secure a long-term role with consistent daytime hours, weekly pay, and the chance to become part of a supportive team. Whether your FLT Counterbalance licence is accredited or in-house, we'd love to hear from you.

Packing finished products safely and accurately ready for dispatch ????
Picking and preparing customer orders
Loading, unloading and moving stock using a Counterbalance FLT ????
Ensuring products are packed to the required quality standards ✅
Completing basic paperwork and stock records ????
Keeping work areas clean, organised and safe
Supporting warehouse and production operations as required ???????? What We're Looking For:
Previous experience in a packing, warehouse, picking, or production role ????
Valid FLT Counterbalance licence (accredited or in-house accepted) ????
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
Good attention to detail and accuracy ????
Reliable, punctual, and hard-working ????
