TM Scotland East Kilbride & Glasgow branch is very excited to be recruiting on behalf of a new client based in Ayrshire that is a fully integrated beef supplier with long established relationships with many of Scotland’s biggest and best cattle farms.

Our client is urgently looking to add an experienced Packer to add to the team working Monday to Friday 5am – 3:30pm. (Although the finishing time is 3:30pm, you may finish before this and still be paid for the full shift due to it being a job and finish role).

What the role looks like as a Packer within a raw meat facility:

· Weighing and cutting meat to meet the client's specifications.

· Wrapping and packing meat products according to company guidelines.

· Loading and unloading distribution and/or delivery trucks.

· Working with the storage management department to ensure that all products are stored properly.

What our client requires for you to be considered for the position as a Packer:

· Experience working within a fast paced food production / manufacturing plant

· A reference from a previous employer within the last 2 years

· Knowledge on Food Safety and regulations and previous experience with HACCP

· Excellent attention to detail

· A team player with strong communication skills

· Due to location and start time you must have your own transport and hold a valid UK driving licence.
