Monday to Friday Rotating shifts: 6.00am - 2.00pm | 2.00pm - 10.00pm | 10.00pm - 6.00am £11.54ph | £13.27ph for Nightshift. Permanent, Immediate start NN17 5BB Free Parking
Due to company expansion, an opening to join a well, established company, within their Warehouse Despatch department based in Corby, Northamptonshire as a Packer has arisen. We are looking for a Packer who possesses previous experience working within a fast-paced packing environment.
Packing products efficiently and accurately ready for dispatch
Inspect products for defects, damages, or discrepancies before packaging.
Complete relevant paperwork to company standards
Follow company Health and Safety procedures ensuring that these are always adhered to.
Work efficiently to meet daily production goals and time lines while maintaining attention to detail.
Palletise boxes to quality standards.
Identify and communicate any issues or challenges related to the packing process, contributing to continuous improvement initiatives.We would expect the successful Packer to possess previous experience in a similar role be an excellent communicator and a real team player who enjoys being part of a busy team. You will be supported one to one to become familiar with the company processes and procedures. This would be an ideal role for you if you have worked within a busy fast paced packing environment. As the successful Packer you will have the ability to work efficiently and meet deadlines.
You will be joining a worldwide company. Reporting to the Production Manager, this role offers variety daily. The organisation is renowned for the delivery outstanding quality products & services, and they are keen to recruit an FLT Driver who strives to offer the same.
