Role Overview:
As a Packaging Technologist, you will spearhead packaging projects and drive innovation, collaborating closely with internal stakeholders and packaging partners. Your key responsibilities will include:
Identifying and presenting opportunities for packaging innovation.
Leading packaging projects across their UK sites, ensuring alignment with product requirements and packing facilities.
Championing sustainability initiatives across all packaging endeavors.
Conducting rigorous packaging trials to assess suitability and performance under diverse conditions.
Collaborating cross-functionally to facilitate seamless project delivery aligned with business objectives.Candidate Requirements: We are seeking candidates with:
Packaging development experience and a strong grasp of packaging components, suppliers, and manufacturing processes.
Ideally, knowledge of working withing food manufacturing within packaging.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects.
Proactive and creative problem-solving approach.
