STEM recruitment solutions have a superb opportunity for a Packaging Development Engineer for their cutting-edge technology client in the central belt of Scotland.

The position involves dealing with micro electronics and their assembly and packaging. Dealing with some basic design, assembly process development, NPI and tooling design.

You will be well versed in the micro electronics assembly process with a sound knowledge of wafer saw, die attach, wire bond and package sealing.

You will also be adept/capable of managing a project and the associated client interaction.

A requirement for the role is a degree in science or engineering and some industrial experience of semiconductor or optical manufacturing.
