Packaging Design Lead
Location: Bradford - Hybrid Working OR Remote Working for the right candidate

Company: A leading packaging and branding agency.
Role: We’re looking for a Packaging Design Lead to support our clients major account, with a strong background in retail packaging design. You will be capable of bridging the gap between upstream creative and downstream adaptive – creatively strong enough to lead the work, but practical enough to make sure the creative intent can be delivered successfully at scale.
The ideal candidate will be a strong creative thinker, but importantly, someone who understands how great creative needs to flex downstream into adaptive design and rollout. They need to be able to develop and protect the creative vision while also considering how that design will work across larger ranges, multiple SKUs and different packaging formats.
This is also a client-facing role, so we’re looking for someone confident and articulate who can present creative work back to the client, explain the thinking behind it, respond constructively to feedback and build strong relationships.
Requirements:
* Strong creative and design capability
* Significant retail packaging experience – essential
* Experience taking creative concepts through into adaptive design and rollout
* Good understanding of designing for ranges and multiple packaging formats
* Confident and credible client-facing presentation skills
* Commercially minded, with an understanding of the realities of delivering creative at scale
* Collaborative and comfortable working across creative, adaptive and client service teams
* Broader US retail/packaging experience would also be a bonus
