12-months contractAbout the Role:
The Energy Division at ARM is currently seeking a Package Manager to join a Leading Civil Engineering Business, that offers services within the nuclear sector.
Key responsibilities include:
Management of work packages/systems and support to the Management Team in the successful delivery of the project for the client.
Coordinate the delivery of multi-discipline work packages through all phases of the project, i.e. engineering design, procurement, construction, and commissioning activities.
To assume 'cradle to grave' accountability for a work package
Ensure all changes are identified and managed, and configuration control is maintained,
Lead the package team to ensure key project milestones are met by timescale, budget, and quality.
To act as key contact for and manage interfaces with external Subcontractors and design houses engaged.
Manage external contracts in support of package implementation.What you need to succeed:
Experience in managing packages of work on EPC projects or similar
Proven record of successfully working on NEC3 projects.
Experience in Project / Customer Reporting
Qualification in Project Management is preferable
Experience and demonstrated abilities of working as part of a collaborative team, in a multi-discipline environment.
Experience in Mechanical and/or EC&I services.
Experience within the nuclear sector
