Coordinating multidisciplinary engineering inputs across civils, structural, mechanical, electrical and building services.
Managing stakeholder engagement workshops to capture, validate and maintain project requirements.
Developing facility layouts, interface studies and building modification strategies.
Supporting engineering surveys, condition assessments and technical evaluations.
Producing strategic documentation including decision papers, risk registers, assumptions logs and governance reports.
Supporting RIBA Stage 1 planning and development of client-side strategy documents.
Coordinating technical interfaces across engineering, operations, estates, maintenance and project delivery teams.
Supporting project planning, cost estimates, programme development and risk management activities.

We're Looking For Someone With

Experience delivering complex engineering, infrastructure or facility adaptation projects.
Strong stakeholder management and requirements gathering experience.
Background in multidisciplinary engineering integration and interface management.
Experience coordinating technical workshops and managing competing project priorities.
Understanding of facility refurbishment, brownfield projects or industrial infrastructure.
Knowledge of RIBA project stages, CDM Regulations and project governance.
Excellent planning, communication and technical writing skills.
Nuclear, defence or other highly regulated industry experience would be highly advantageous.

Why Apply?

Work on one of the UK's most innovative fusion and decommissioning programmes.
Long-term 12-month contract with strong extension potential.
Hybrid working with just 3 days per week on site.
Competitive £55-£60 per hour Inside IR35.
Opportunity to influence major strategic decisions on nationally significant infrastructure projects.
If you're an experienced Package Manager, Facility Integration Engineer, Project Engineer, Engineering Manager or Infrastructure Project professional looking to work on technically challenging, high-profile programmes, we'd love to hear from you
