Shift Pattern:
4 days in 4 days off- 07:30 to 19:30.
About the role:
As a Pack Leader you will help ensure that all the products, we produce meet our and the customer’s ambitious standards. You will be running a small team of 7,8 people.
Checking the quality of products.
Allergen Control
Conformance to Plan
GMP
Running small team of 7-8
Product quality: Ensuring the product meets customer specifications.
H&S
Employee training experience
Completing paperwork
Completing packing checks for seals, labels, and product types
Checking the accuracy of labels and weights
Traceability
Labour to budget.What you will need to be successful:
An understanding of basic food hygiene.
Experience in busy environments.
Good understanding of written and spoken English.
Previous experience in a production or manufacturing role is desirable.
Working knowledge of employer’s operations
Leadership skills
Outstanding communication skills
Interpersonal skills and ability to resolve conflicts.
Excellent customer service skills

The salad farm provides baby leaf year-round to the UK, grown in polytunnels, and whole head and outdoor crops throughout the summer. The produce is supplied into our UK sites for processing and distribution.
