PA to Retail Directors

Are you an experienced PA who is skilled at prioritisation, thinking ahead and taking initiative? Our client is seeking a fantastic candidate to support the Retail Directors and oversee the creation, maintenance and implementation of departmental tools, company systems and projects.

Please be aware, this role is a Fixed-term Contract for 12 months.

PA to Retail Directors Responsibilities

Extensive management of the diary, including scheduling all meetings, engagements, conference calls and travel, taking into account their degree of urgency
Creation of all brand meeting materials
Various project/research work
Communication across European teams
General coordination and administrative support

PA to Retail Directors Requirements

The successful candidate will have previous experience as a Personal Assistant or complex diary management. You must be highly organised with excellent attention to detail and a hands-on, practical approach to problem solving and process improvement. The ideal candidate will also have a strong interest in luxury fashion.

Location

Our client is located in North Oxfordshire. There is onsite parking and excellent public transport links.

This role is working 40 hours a week, 9am - 6pm. Hybrid working is available for 2 days in office, 3 days working from home. Please only apply if you are available for work at short notice.
