Description:
My client, a property and design studio, is seeking a capable and motivated PA / Office Manager to support the 2 min Directors, initially in their fully functional home office based in Hertfordshire, prior to securing their main corporate premises in North West London. This is an exciting, fresh opportunity for a professional yet friendly individual with excellent office support and social media skills, a can do attitude, along with the ability to work under pressure within a small team.
This is initially a part time role (3 days per week) that will convert to a full-time position within 6 to 8 weeks. You will be working within the Director’s home office until a new corporate site is secured within to North West London/Borehamwood.
Key Responsibilities:
* Main duties will be to provide comprehensive administrative and PA support to two Directors, including managing their schedules, organizing external meetings, and handling all correspondence.
* Assist the Directors in setting up a new their new, high-end office in the Middle East, securing contracts in the wider EMEA area, specifically Saudi Arabia, to support the 2030 project vision.
* Work with Ultra-High-Net-Worth clients, ensuring excellent service delivery, confidentiality, and trust.
* Manage the Director property portfolios, ensuring all aspects of projects are managed effectively.
* Oversee daily operations of the central HQ/Office.
* Manage all business social media, including LinkedIn, and creating engaging content to drive the online presence, meeting the brand’s vision and ethos.
* Conduct prospective client research to aid the Directors in business development dependant on project requirements.
* Full HNW client liaison along with dealing with suppliers, and internal/external team members for smooth collaboration.
* Prepare required reporting, client presentations, and other documents as required.
* Coordinate international travel arrangements, assist in event organisation and special projects.
Qualifications and Skills:
* Ideally a background or interest in property or estate / design is preferred, but this is not essential.
* The successful candidate must have proven experience as a PA and/or Office Manager.
* Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
* Strong social media skills, along with content creation and related analytics.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
* Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
* A proactive and positive attitude with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* High level of discretion and confidentiality.
* Excellent research skills.
* Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks efficiently
