Role – P6 Site Planner (Contract)
Location – Exeter

Mint Selection are supporting an Independent Power Producer (IPP) who are seeking an experienced P6 Site Planner on a contract basis to support the construction and delivery of a Battery Energy Storage System (BESS) project.
This is a hands-on site-based role, supporting the project team with programme management, progress reporting and schedule coordination to ensure the project remains on track throughout construction.
Scope of Work
* Develop, maintain and update Primavera P6 project programmes
* Monitor construction progress against programme and identify schedule risks
* Produce look-ahead programmes and weekly/monthly progress reports
* Work closely with the Project Manager, Site Manager and contractors to coordinate site activities
* Identify critical path activities and recommend programme recovery actions where required
* Support planning meetings and provide programme updates to key stakeholders
* Ensure planning information accurately reflects site progress and project milestones
Experience to be Considered
* Proven experience as a P6 Planner or Site Planner on major infrastructure or energy projects
* Strong Primavera P6 planning experience
* Previous experience supporting construction projects on site
* Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
* Experience within BESS, renewable energy, power, utilities or major infrastructure projects desirable
Certifications & Requirements
* Strong Primavera P6 proficiency
* Relevant planning, engineering or construction qualification preferred
* Ability to work independently whilst supporting the wider project team
* Full UK driving licence
This is an opportunity with an immediate start available.
