Overheating Assessor - Remote

This is the exciting opportunity for an ambitious Overheating Assessor to join an award-winning sustainability consultancy and help provide highly technical expertise to the property and construction industry.

Job responsibilities include:

Producing Overheating TM52, TM59, and Part O assessments
Thermal Modelling, overheating and thermal comfort analysis using IES software
Energy assessments and modelling improvements
Provide consultancy on building design so it is in line with Part L
Working with clients and project team to ensure sustainability requirements are achieved throughout developmentRequirements for an Overheating Assessor include:

Good level of general education in regard to English and Maths and be computer literate
Experience with IES for overheating analysis including TM59 and TM52
Strong communication and organisation skills
Excellent verbal and written skillsBenefits of the role include:
