Encourage participation, confidence and positive learning routines.
Support students to develop their core skills and independence.
Monitor progress and adjust teaching strategies accordingly.
What We're Looking For
Confident teaching skills in Maths and English.
Experience working with SEN/SEND or SEMH students is desirable.
Patient, calm and flexible approach.
Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
Ability to work independently and tailor tuition to individual needs.
What We Offer
Competitive pay based on experience and qualifications.
Flexible working opportunities.
Potential for ongoing placements and regular tuition hours.
The opportunity to make a real difference to a student's educational journey.
