About the Role: As an Outreach Tutor, you’ll play a crucial role in supporting students with SEN/SEMH needs. You’ll work closely with schools, families, and other professionals to create a nurturing and inclusive learning environment.
your responsibilities would include:
Individualized Support: Tailoring learning plans to meet the unique needs of students with SEN/SEMH.
Assessment and Progress Monitoring: Regularly assessing student progress and adjusting strategies accordingly.
Collaboration: Working closely with schools, families, and other professionals to create a supportive environment.
Emotional Well-being: Supporting students’ emotional and mental health.
Safeguarding: Ensuring compliance with safeguarding and child protection policies.
Record Keeping: Maintaining accurate records of student progress and interventions.

Must-Haves:
