About the Role:
Are you passionate about working outdoors and contributing to the agricultural industry? We are seeking dedicated and hardworking individuals to join our clients team for a short-term placement as Outdoor Agricultural Workers. In this role, you will be responsible for working on a plough to pull weeds from crops, ensuring optimal growing conditions and supporting our farm operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Remove weeds from crops efficiently and effectively.
Maintain and handle agricultural equipment with care.
Follow safety protocols and work under the guidance of farm supervisors.
Work collaboratively with the team to meet daily and weekly targets.
Requirements:
Previous experience in an outdoor role would be prefered
Ability to perform physically demanding tasks in various weather conditions.
Strong work ethic, reliability, and attention to detail.
Flexibility to work overtime as needed.
