Description:
We have an excellent opportunity to join a well-established manufacturing business based in County Durham. The company supplies a range of durable products to both public and private sector organisations across the UK and is continuing to grow its customer base.
Responsibilities
* Identifying and developing new business opportunities
* Make outbound calls to prospective customers, introducing the company's products and services.
* Follow up quotations and sales enquiries promptly.
* Identify customer needs and effectively communicate the benefits of relevant solutions.
* Maintain accurate records of customer interactions within the CRM system and ensure follow-up actions are completed.
* Qualify leads and assess potential opportunities for the wider sales team.
* Work closely with colleagues to develop targeted business development campaigns and improve outreach activity.
Job Requirements
* Previous sales experience with a proven track record of achieving or exceeding targets.
* Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
* Excellent time management skills with the ability to meet deadlines and objectives.
* Experience using CRM systems.
* Good understanding of sales processes, lead generation and business development techniques.
* Full UK driving licence.
Working hours
Monday to Thursday 8.30am – 5pm
Friday 8.30am – 1.30pm
Approximately 1 in 6 Fridays you will require working until 4:00pm to provide cover for incoming customer calls
