Description:
I am looking for an OUTBOUND Customer Service Agent who can work on a temporary basis, providing a world-class customer experience. The ideal candidate will be passionate about the customer journey and very confident dealing with various types of queries and objection management.
Excellent telephone manner is essential and a strong desire to provide consistent outstanding customer service. Full training will be provided. This is a World-Class company with an extremely supportive team who will help and guide you.
There will be a lot of outbound calls so experience in this is preferred.
Strong spoken and written English required.
Monday to Friday, Temporary work until end of July 2024.
Weekly pay
£12.31ph.
