Location: Luton (Hybrid, 2-3 days per week in the office)

Salary: £26,600 - £28,000 pro rata

Hours: 35 hours per week

Lead a Team That Keeps Blue Arrow Moving 24/7

We're looking for an energetic and motivated leader to join our Out of Hours team. You'll support a team of consultants, manage operational escalations, and ensure outstanding service for clients and candidates outside standard business hours.

Shift Pattern

This role works on a two-week rota covering mornings, evenings and weekends.

Weekdays

04:00 - 10:00
17:00 - 00:30Weekends

Shifts between 04:00 - 00:30Every other weekend off will be supported where possible, although rotas may vary to meet business needs.

What You'll Bring

Previous team leadership or supervisory experience
Excellent customer service and communication skills
Ability to stay calm and make decisions under pressure
Recruitment, staffing, customer operations or similar experience
