Description:
Out of Hours Travel Consultant - Required for this family owned travel management company. They are looking for experienced business travel consultants to assist their corporate and repatriation clients. Paying up to £30k.
Out of Hours Travel Consultant Duties
Book travel and hotel accommodation for the Emergency Assistance clients
Support and understand our client's assistance needs and offer the best professional advice to solve travel and transportation problems and timing
Manage enquiry through to booking, ensuring effective prioritisation
Implement operational procedures to ensure growth of client satisfaction Out of Hours Travel Consultant Skills Required
Minimum of two years' experience of working in the travel industry
Knowledge of Galileo is preferable but will consider other GDS
Attention to detail
Enthusiasm and willingness to learn
Strong communication skills including an excellent telephone manner

Paying up to £30k for the right person. All training is to be carried out in the office with the potential to be a hybrid of office (East Hampshire) and home working.Shifts;
Mon - Fri - 17:00 - 22:00 / 22:00 - 08:00
Sat - Sun - 08:00 - 18:00 / 12:00 - 22:00 / 22:00 - 08:00
Shifts can be combined and are available on a part time or full-time basis.
This position will be homebased once fully trained, this can take up to 6 months. Full training will be given in their East Hampshire office.
