Business Travel Consultant - Out of Hours Required for this global TMC who focus on Music & Production. The role is homebased, they are looking for Out of hours business travel consultant experience with Galileo. Paying up to £40k plus benefits.

Business Travel Consultant - Out of Hours Duties

Working out of hours, answering calls, whatsapp messages and emails from clients in a polite, efficient, and professional manner
Primarily covering the emergency phone but also to act as a Tour Assistant and give admin support to the day teams
Working in a fast paced environment, with Entertainment and Music clients advantageous
Maintain the outstanding level of customer service provided by the 'day' team
Sourcing the best and most cost-effective worldwide routes booking all flights, rail, hotel and all ground product using Galileo
Business Travel Consultant - Out of Hours Skills Required:

Previous Out of hours experience
Knowledgeable on Galileo or another GDS system
Good geographical and product knowledge of destinations and airlines
Comfortable working, communicating and replying quickly over WhatsApp/Email
Able to speak directly to artists and liaise with promotors/tour managers
Additional information

4 shifts per week, Thursday to Sunday
Shift patterns 8pm to 6am
Currently one full weekend off every 5/6
Paying up to £40,000
