Our client is looking for a Registered Nurse with a passion for orthopaedics to join their team as an Orthopaedic Clinical Nurse Specialist. This is an opportunity to work with a leading Private Orthopaedic clinic
As an Orthopaedic Clinical Nurse Specialist, you'll be part of a dynamic team, working full-time in a permanent role. You'll receive an annual salary of up to £55,000, with a host of benefits including private medical insurance and access to a company pension scheme.
As an Orthopaedic Clinical Nurse Specialist, your responsibilities will include:
Providing clinical and managerial leadership to the nursing and multi-professional team.
Participating in patient pre-op assessments in outpatients.
Implementing and guiding on the Enhanced Recovery Programme.
Participating in MDT meetings and assisting with formulation of nursing care plans for complex orthopaedic patients.
Providing support for spinal patients, including pre-op assessment and follow up care.Package and Benefits:

Registered Nurse status.
Post registration qualification in orthopaedics, pre-op assessment, or day surgery.
A Master of Science in Nursing (MSN).
Effective communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
An awareness of professional issues and developments.
