Job Title: Oriental Food Technical Coordinator
The Skills You'll Need: Food safety, food legislation, sales support
Your New Salary: £30,000
Location: Surrey (5 days on site with no work from home)
Permanent/ Full-time
Working hours: 08:30– 17:00
Food Technical Coordinator - What You'll be Doing:
* Respond to operational enquiries in a timely, polite and accurate manners;
* Support Technical Manager to achieve the technical objectives and goals. Keen to help and collaborate with other team members.
* Demonstrate knowledge, understanding and enthusiasm for company’s businesses and products to ensure smooth operations and customers satisfaction.
* Maintain all aspects of coordination to a high standard.
* Be able to complete tasks within a tight time.
* Ensure complying with FS legislation as well as company Policies and SOP;
* Carry out regular housekeeping, as well as site inspections.
* Follow up all NCs raised and close in timely manor
* Work closely and communicate well with internal teams to ensure high standard of operational activities have maintained;
* Coordinate with customers complaints and carry out investigations for any incidents with related operational team(s) to provide findings and resolve problems;
* check records and forms in a regular basis, report progress and follow up any corrective actions for any missing gaps.
* Coordinate production activities where related to technical/FS functions
Food Technical Coordinator - The Skills You'll Need to Succeed:
* Understanding of food safety, QC/QA/GMP checks, sampling, NC follow-up
* Experience of Japanese/Asian/ethnic foods
* Experience in customer service and/or sales/suppliers
* Polite, helpful phone manner, and customer focused individual
