Organisational Change Manager (24 months FTC or Interim) – SAP S/4 HANA Business Transformation Programme

Refresco, the world’s leading independent soft drinks producer, seeks an expert Organisational Change Manager working as an integral part of the Refresco UK SAP Implementation Programme Team, to develop and implement change management strategies that maximise employee adoption and usage of a single ERP application landscape (SAP S/4HANA) and standard business processes.

About the Role
You will report to the Programme Manager, working closely with the entire SAP S/4 HANA Programme team plus your key stakeholders amongst the wider Refresco UK senior management team.

As an experienced Organisational Change Manager, you will have a good idea of the key duties and responsibilities involved in this role, but just to be transparent ...

Develop programme strategies and plans to drive fast adoption, and high ultimate utilisation of tools and ways of working and ensure employee proficiency with the outcome of those changes.
Deliver outcomes aligned with project plans, tools, and methods.
Work closely with all relevant departments, to ensure that changes impacting the way people work follow the relevant standard methodology.
Supervisory responsibility of the Organisational Change Management and Training team.
Act as a coach for senior leaders and executives to help them fulfil their critical roles as change management sponsors.
Support and coach people managers and supervisors as they help their teams through their transitions.
Support project managers and project teams to integrate change management activities with their project plans.
Develop change communication plan in consultation with management and relevant stakeholders and provide input and support design and delivery of training programmes.
Lead/facilitate meetings to ensure an understanding of changes being delivered by SAP Aspire+ Programme and jointly develop and deliver a change adoption plan in partnership with the business leadership and management team.
Provide direct support and coaching to front-line managers and supervisors as they help their direct reports through transitions.
Analyse, devise, and implement strategies to overcome resistance to change and raising and managing relevant risks and issues as and when they arise.
Analyse the cost and budgetary impact of change management and come up with recommendations for relevant Aspire+ PMO governance board consideration.  
About You
You will need to have in depth, extensive and demonstrable experience in organisational change management programme design and implementation related to SAP or similar large scale, multi-site ERP solutions.

You will need extensive, and practical experience of building trust, engaging, and inspiring desire to implement change amongst the senior stakeholder population and you will have a proven track record of successfully leading organisational change initiatives related to technology implementations preferably SAP or other ERP platforms.

You will need to utilise your experience and knowledge of change management methodologies, strategies, and principles to successfully deliver in this role. Of course, you will be only too familiar with the core competences needed in such a role – inspirational communication, a great listener, outstanding organisational, project planning and time management abilities and fabulous analytical and problem solving skills.
