Order to Cash Manager
Newcastle
FTC until December 2024
£45000 to £51750
37.5 hours per week (flexibility to work weekends where required)
The Recruitment group currently have a fantastic Order to Cash Manager role available working one one of the UK's leading brands. This is a FTC role but offers a great opportunity for the right candidate to work with some of the best industry professionals. This role will be supporting the head of financial services to deliver a first class service to both internal and external customers. Previous experiencing of managing in the finance sector is essential for this position. This is an office based role but does offer 2 days working from home once fully trained. Duties of your role as Order to Cash Manager will include:
Developing a vision for Order to Cash for all branches
Lead and Manage finance teams
Offering first class service to all customers
Customer refunds
Ensuring documentation is completed for finance and direct debits
Debt collection
Cash flow forecasts
Bank reconciliation
Process improvements
Management and training of staff
For the role of Order to Cash Manager you must:
Be Qualified AAT,ACA,ACCA,CIMA or qualified through experience
Have strong management and leadership skills
Be committed to offering exceptional customer service
Great Written and verbal communication
Have experience of high volume transactional process management
Finance Experience
