New Permanent Job Opportunity-Order Processor-Customer services
Monday-Friday
Day shift 8.30am-4.30pm
This role is to assist with various customer services tasks and be the first response to customer calls. To complete simple quotes and orders when required. To support and consult with other departments, employees, suppliers, and customers to ensure clear and concise communication.
What we are looking for:
Experience in a similar role within manufacturing
Proficient in MS Office
Attention to detail.
Ability to communicate effectively.
Initiative-taking problem-solving skills
Ability to build strong relationships with customers.
Excellent time management skills & the ability to prioritise work and multitask.
In your new role s Order Processor-Customer services:
Be the first point of contact for incoming customer calls and enquiries.
Process customer orders accurately and efficiently.
Maintain customer records and ensure information is accurately recorded.
Consult with customers, suppliers, and internal departments to ensure clear and effective communication.
Monitor orders and follow up on any issues to ensure timely completion.
Build and maintain positive working relationships with customers, suppliers, and colleagues.
Ensure all paperwork (both hard copies and electronic copies) are stored in the correct place.
Comply with responsibilities under both the Company’s and legislative Health & Safety requirements.
To undertake any other reasonable duties and training requested by management as and when required.
