Order Processor
Location: Salford
Salary: Circa £25,000 - £28,000
Mpeople Recruitment are working in partnership with a leading manufacturer based in Salford who are seeking to add an experienced Order Processor to their team.
The successful candidate will play a key role in managing and developing existing customer accounts, building strong and lasting relationships, accurately processing orders, and ensuring a smooth and efficient service from initial order through to delivery.
Details of the Role
* Process customer orders accurately and efficiently and within deadlines.
* Purchase materials required for client jobs.
* Handle customer queries and communicate client needs to Account Managers and senior management.
* Build and maintain strong, long-term customer relationships.
* Develop a strong understanding of our products and services.
Required Skills & Experience
* Previous sales or customer service experience, ideally within the manufacturing industry.
* Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* Ability to multitask and manage competing priorities.
* Self-motivated with the ability to use initiative.
* A positive team player with a willingness to support colleagues.
