Description:
A manufacturing client of ours in the Witham area are recruiting a Order Processor to join their team. This is a full-time permanent position working Monday - Thursday 8.25am - 4.55pm & Friday 8.25am - 3.25pm and paying up to £26,000 per annum depending on experience.
Working within the Order Processing Team your key duties as Order Processor will include but are not limited to:
Produce instructions & documentation for the Fabrication Department
Transfer information from CAD drawings into Microsoft Windows based computer configurator systems
Produce CAD drawings of non-standard designs
Liaise with fabrication craftsman
General adhoc administrative duties for department as required
Skills and Experience required to be considered for this role:
A keen eye for detail & accuracy
Strong communication skills both written and verbal
Excellent computer skills with the ability to learn new systems quickly
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Excel & Word
Experience working with computer-based order processing systems, ideally in the window industry (full training will be given)
Ability to read & understand CAD drawings
Administration and order processing experience within a construction or manufacturing and production industry essential
