Order Processor

We’re looking for a Order Processor to join our client’s team at Gateshead, Team Valley.
We are looking for someone who can manage physical stock for all clients on site, ensuring all client orders are processed and all queries are dealt with and communicated to all Key Account Managers.
Job role
* Work alongside Key Account Managers ensuring all client stock lines are processed efficiently and effectively
* Place purchase orders, create new stock orders and manage reports in accordance with the business’ retention periods
* Take full ownership of stock control and manager overage stock, providing feedback to account managers
* You will be the first point of contact for any production issues, escalating reports back to account management when necessary
* Processing and pricing bespoke kitchen/bedroom & bathroom orders from technical plans
* Experience working to tight time constraints in a demanding environment.
What you’ll bring
* Possess experience & knowledge of sales order processing
* Experience liaising with suppliers and internal/external stakeholders
* Good numeracy skills and excellent computer knowledge a must
* Excellent analytical skills to analyse stock trends
