£11.44ph, LE15 9TZ, 30 days holiday, Monday to Monday 8.30am till 5pm Friday 8.30am till 4pm, Pension, Staff Discount, Free Parking, permanent after a successful temporary period, immediate start
Due to continued success and rapid expansion plans, a head office location of a well established family run business has an exciting opportunity for an Order Processor to join a small niche department, bespoke customer need department of their organisation. You will be providing personalised products to customers throughout the UK:
Processing customer order which are of a personalised nature
Typing content, and finalising artwork for customer
Sending out invoice directly to Customer via email
Liaising with customer re any amendments
Setting and operating small embossing machine (Trotec Laser Machine)
Hand wrapping final product ready for despatch
Printing all delivery paperwork and despatch labels
Arranging courier daily collectionsWe would expect the successful Order Processor to be able to demonstrate a good working knowledge of computer system, ideally of a graphic nature, have an excellent eye for detail, and have the ability to work with taking autonomy of their job role. You will e supported 1 to 1 to become familiar with the company processes and procedures. This would be an ideal role for you if you have worked within a order processing, customer service or a creative design position.
You will be joining a company who are currently in their third generation of heritage, and have been established for over 75 years, and has an enviable reputation in their field. Working directly with the department manager, this role offers variety on a daily basis, producing high quality products, on behalf of reputable on line brands The organisation name is synonymous with delivering outstanding quality products and service, and they are keen to recruit an Order Processor who strives to offer the same.
