Order Picker – Night Shift
Location: YO19, York
Job Type: Full-time, Ongoing
Shift: Sunday to Thursday, 4:00pm – 1:00am
Pay Rate: £13.80 per hour
Staff Selection UK is currently recruiting for Order Pickers to join a busy food warehouse in the YO19 area. This is an excellent opportunity for reliable and hardworking individuals looking for ongoing night shift work with an immediate start.
The role involves working within the freezer department, picking and preparing food products for dispatch while maintaining high standards of accuracy and food safety.
Key Responsibilities

Order picking food products using picking lists or handheld scanners
*
Working in a freezer environment
*
Preparing orders for dispatch
*
Ensuring products are picked accurately and efficiently
*
Following all health & safety and food hygiene procedures
*
General warehouse duties as required
Requirements
*
Previous warehouse or order picking experience is preferred but not essential
*
Comfortable working in a freezer environment
*
Good attention to detail
*
Reliable with a strong work ethic
*
Able to work independently and as part of a team
*
Available to work Sunday to Thursday, 4:00pm – 1:00am
