Description:
We are looking for Order Pickers for a Warehouse Operation in the Swindon area. You will be joining a Company that offers long term opportunities and a great working environment, with state of the art facilities.
About the Warehouse Operative / Picker Role:
* You will be working on a rotational shift pattern of 6am-2pm* & 2pm-10pm.
* Must be able to work 1 hour overtime if required
* Overtime available
* Swindon based. On bus route
* £12ph, rising to £12.45ph after 12 weeks (Early Shift) + enhanced overtime rate
* £13.13, rising to £13.58ph after 12 weeks (Late Shift) + enhanced overtime rate
* Temporary ongoing role, with potential for long term/ perm
Duties for the Warehouse Operative / Picker role will include:
* Operating a Low Level Order Picker & RF Scanner you will be picking products ready for despatch.
* Assisting with goods-in department
* Maintain a clean and safe working environment, whilst adhering to Health & Safety procedures & regulations
* Working as part of a team to ensure all picks are completed to meet daily targets
Skills / requirements for the Warehouse Operative / Picker role:
* Previous experience of working in a warehouse / order picking environment
* Good organisational and time management skills
* Be physically fit due to nature of the role - there is heavy lifting involved
