Our client is looking to add a B2B Order Management Specialist German Speaker (remote) to their customer service team.
In this role, you will manage the end-to-end O2C process from order receipt, through to fulfilment, shipping, delivery and returns.
What would you do:
Develop relationships with distributors across the EU and act as the face of the business
Monitor product availability and communicate any issues around shortages, cuts and potential backorders
Track the customer order journey against an agreed set of KPIs and SLA
Contribute to process development and continuous improvement within customer service itselfWhat do you need to succeed:
1 year of previous experience in order management/order processing
Strong analytical skills and ability to work with Excel
Organised, accurate who is able to work as part of a team
Capable of working in a fast-paced environment
