Lunaria Recruitment is currently looking for a Full or Part-Time Optical Advisor to join a fantastic team in Saffron Walden.
Saffron Walden is a picturesque market town in North West Essex, offering a wonderful blend of historic charm, culture and beautiful countryside, making it a great place to live and work.
Previous experience within an opticians is essential.
The Role
You’ll play an important part in creating a welcoming and positive experience for every customer, with responsibilities including:

Meeting and greeting customers and providing excellent customer service
*
Carrying out pre-screening and eye health checks
*
Providing a smooth and friendly handover to the Optometrist
*
Dispensing glasses and assisting with frame and lens choices
*
Carrying out frame repairs, adjustments and lens changes
*
Supporting the team with general administration duties
