Optical Assistant – Watford
We are looking for a full or part time optical assistant based in Watford. This is a lovely independent practice, where customer service is always key. Is it time for you to try something new?
The role:
* Meeting and greeting customers offering excellent customer service
* Performing pre-screening eye health checks
* Ensuring a smooth and friendly handover to the optometrist
* Dispensing glasses
* Doing collections
* Helping customers choose their frames
* Fitting and repairing spectacles
* Contact lens teaches
* Administration duties
* Always offering excellent customer service
