We're looking for a passionate, customer focused Optical Assistant to join a stylish, modern independent practice that prides itself on delivering outstanding patient care alongside luxury eye wear and a truly personalised experience.
The Role
As an Optical Assistant, you'll play an integral role in delivering a premium customer journey from the moment patients walk through the door.
Your responsibilities will include:
* Welcoming patients and providing exceptional customer service
* Carrying out pre-screening and eye health checks
* Ensuring a seamless handover to the Optometrist
* Dispensing luxury eyewear and premium prescription lenses
* Offering personalised styling advice on designer frames, sunglasses and accessories
* Adjusting, fitting and repairing spectacles
* Supporting patients with contact lens teaches
* Helping create a warm, professional and memorable patient experience
